B&B Rules

Check-in

Check-in of the rooms is scheduled from 2 pm onwards. Please communicate your estimated time of arrival to the latest, the morning of your arrival date.

Guests will be asked upon arrival for an identification document and the regularization of the payment of the booked stay.

• Pets are not allowed inside the bed and breakfast.
• Guests are not allowed to let other people enter the bed and breakfast at any time.

Check-out

The rooms must be vacated by 11:00 am to allow cleaning and delivery to new guests.

The rooms must be left by 10 am to allow the cleaning and daily cleaning, beyond these times the daily cleaning is not ensured. Guests can ask daily not to want the room cleaned the same morning.

Extraordinary linen change is not included in the price, as is extraordinary additional cleaning.

Recommendations

• Do not throw toilet paper or anything else in the toilet (use the appropriate baskets).
• Inside the bedroom or bathroom, you will find everything you need: blankets, pillows, towels, personal hygiene products, etc.

It is advisable to use bath water sparingly, in the summer period water is supplied to us in smaller quantities, thank you.

Breakfast

• Breakfast is served between 8:30 and 10:00.
• Please report any known food intolerances and allergies.;
• In the rooms it is always forbidden to prepare and cook meals.
• The use of the kitchen is prohibited.

Rules

• No smoking (only allowed in terraces)
• It is recommended to respect the silence in the canonical hours 24:00-8:00 and 14:00-16:00. In any case, please maintain a considerate, polite behavior.
• Each guest is required to compensate for any damage caused to the B & B and for the improper use of complementary equipment.
• At the end of the stay, the keys must be returned. In case of loss, the additional copies will be charged.
• Take care to turn off the room light, air conditioners, TVs, and other facilities when you are out of the room.
• For reasons of decoration, it is forbidden to spread towels and anything else on external balconies; for this purpose, the drying rack on the terrace can be used.
• We decline all responsibility for the loss, theft or damage of objects owned by you.
• We are not responsible for any disruptions due to total or partial lack of supplies such as gas, electricity, water, telephone line, or Internet connection not dependent on our will.
